Rosalind Moore is a certified Pilates instructor on the mat and equipment through the Kane School of Core Integration. She began studying Pilates in 2002 while recovering from knee surgery and opened her own practice in 2013. Rosalind focuses on injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as helping her clients better understand their own movement patterns. Her sessions are assessment-based and alignment-focused; each client’s program is tailored to their unique biomechanics, movement history and goals. Rosalind works with all populations and any injuries, including prenatal/postpartum, joint replacement, shoulder and neck injuries, spinal surgery and injury, and scoliosis. Rosalind has studied with some of the leading minds in the field, including Madeline Black, Kuan Hui Chew, Marimba Gold-Watts, Christine Wright, Kelly Kane, and is currently completing her Movement for Trauma certification with Jane Clapp. She attended the University of Virginia and Parsons.
