Our staff have developed and ensured proper protocols are followed to keep you and the staff as safe as possible. We understand there may be concern about returning into the office for physical therapy treatments, but we want to let you know exactly what we are doing to ensure the safest environment possible.
Before Coming Into Our Office:
The day before your appointment, we will be sending a Clinic Checklist Form to complete. This form is a checklist of COVID-19 symptoms. If you check “NO” to all, then you will be cleared to come in for your appointment. If you check “YES” for any, we will reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
Upon Arrival:
You MUST arrive with a face mask or facial covering.You will be asked to wait outside our office door where our front office staff will meet you. We will then take your temperature and your oxygen saturation level. If you show no signs of a fever (99.9 °F or above) and your O2 level is optimal (above 95%,) we will then have you proceed to our bathroom to wash your hands. After your hands have been washed, you will then return to the reception area and wait for your treating therapist to bring you into the room.
COVID-19 Protocols:
1) All staff members will be required to wear N95 or KN95 masks.2) All patients MUST wear a mask when entering the building and when in common areas (waiting room, restroom, gym area, etc.)3) All patients will be required to get their temperature taken upon arriving to the office. If the patient displays a temperature above normal, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.4) Upon arrival to the office, you will be asked to wash your hands.5) Our front office staff will cleaning the waiting area, front desk, bathrooms, gym area, etc. before and after every patient.6) Your treating therapist will be wearing gloves, goggles, and a mask during the treatment session.7) After each patient leaves the treatment room, the therapist will be sanitizing the entire space. This will take time between patients and may cause your therapist to run late. Please be patient with us as we attempt to ensure your safety.8) We will continue to keep a full bottle of hand sanitizer at the front desk and in all treatment rooms.9) We ask that you come to your appointment alone unless you are a minor or require assistance.10) While in the office, we ask that all patients respect the 6 foot rule. If a patient is at the front desk, please stand the appropriate distance away until it is your turn.
